The Small-Scale Bottling Difference

No horse manure.  We haven't got the time for it, you don't need it.  You'll find we're straight-talkers.  You don't get what you want, you'll get what you need.  Sometimes that means a hard truth or two.  Sometimes that means taking you back a step, and pointing you in a different direction.  Sometimes it means telling you to wait.

See that picture to the left?  Sometimes what you need isn't pretty, nor 'sexy', but it gets you to where you need to be.

We're not, by our own admission, the picture of perfection.  We're not always able to be on the phone when you need us (we don't actually have an office - we gave that up when we realised we were never using it!), because we're working.  We have a lot going on, so sometimes we'll need a poke to remind us.

Saying all of that, we *know* that you'll be hard pressed to find someone that goes the extra mile like we do, has the breadth of knowledge or experience like we do, and is looking for a long term partner in our customers rather than a 'transactional piggy bank' like so many, many others.

We've been there as a small producer and brought many customers through those same experience.  We know what it feels like, and how hard it can be to ask questions when you don't even know what you don't know.
